What Arnhue is
Arnhue is a clarity tool. It helps you think through what is stuck by asking questions and reflecting patterns back to you. It is not therapy, not coaching, not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact a mental health professional or crisis service in your country.
