Who we are

Arnhue is a clarity tool that helps you think through what is stuck. It is not therapy, not coaching, and not a substitute for professional mental health support. It is currently in private beta.

What we collect

We collect the following data when you use Arnhue:

  • ·Your email address -- used for login and to contact you about your account
  • ·Your conversation content -- the messages you send and receive during sessions
  • ·Session metadata -- when sessions started and ended, patterns identified
  • ·Feedback you provide -- ratings and notes after sessions

How we use your data

  • ·To provide the Arnhue service and improve your experience across sessions
  • ·To identify patterns in your thinking over time -- this is the core product feature
  • ·To contact you about your account, beta updates, and launch information if you opted in
  • ·We do not sell your data to third parties
  • ·We do not use your conversations to train AI models

AI and your data

Arnhue uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to power conversations. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use API conversations to train their models. You can read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.

We use Anthropic's API to process conversation content. When you have a reflection, your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs this processing. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.

Data storage

Your data is stored in the European Union using Supabase. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Beta data will be deleted on May 15, 2026 unless you explicitly choose to keep it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • ·Access your data -- you can export your conversations from your settings
  • ·Delete your data -- you can delete individual sessions or your entire account from settings
  • ·Withdraw consent -- you can delete your account at any time
  • ·Data portability -- your data is available as JSON export
